Jacquelene has over 20 years’ experience working across various marketing disciplines and numerous industries. Her expertise includes Marketing, Business Development, Client Management and Customer Experience.

She has held various roles on both client and agency side including 13yrs (over two stints) at American Express and 7yrs at iLeo - Leo Burnett's interactive division.

Jacquelene holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing & Communications) from the University of Technology, a Professional Diploma from the Institute of Direct Marketing (UK), a CertIV in Training and Assessment and has recently completed a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Charles Sturt University). She is currently studying her Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology with a view to using this to further her career.
