Forecast initial yield 7.25% pa pro-rata for the financial year ending 30 June 2018 with a significant portion of this income being tax-advantaged. Total value of investment of the fund is A$101M based upon most recent independent valuations.
The objective of the fund is to provide Investors with regular tax advantaged income and the potential for capital growth through an investment in a portfolio of quality retail properties tenanted by some of Australia’s best known retailers including Bunnings, Coles, Woolworths, Target and JB Hi-Fi amongst others.
