Company Overview

The Problem: Australia's Financial Advice Crisis

Only 10% of Australians can access financial advice due to prohibitive costs averaging $4,668 annually. This leaves 14+ million people making critical financial decisions without professional guidance — from superannuation optimisation to retirement planning, insurance protection, and wealth building strategies. The advice gap costs Australians billions in missed opportunities and suboptimal financial outcomes.

The Otivo Solution: AI-Powered Comprehensive Financial Advice

Otivo democratises access to professional financial advice through proprietary AI technology delivered under our Australian Financial Services License (AFSL). Our platform provides:

  • Comprehensive Financial Planning: Superannuation, retirement projections, insurance analysis, budget optimisation, investment strategies, and goal tracking
  • Regulatory Compliance: Fully licensed and compliant AI-powered advice delivery
  • Continuous Monitoring: Ongoing plan updates and recommendations as circumstances change
  • Affordable Access: $165 annually makes professional advice accessible to all Australians

Dual Revenue Model: B2C Platform + B2B Enterprise

Consumer Platform (B2C): Direct-to-consumer digital advice platform generating recurring annual revenue with high margins and scalable unit economics.

Enterprise "Financial Advice as a Service" (B2B): White-label technology licensing to financial institutions, superannuation funds, insurance companies, and banks seeking to provide advice to their customers. Major clients include:

  • Colonial First State (Australia's largest retail super platform)
  • Suncorp (major insurance and banking group)
  • EY (Big 4 professional services)

Strategic Expansion: Hybrid Advice Model

Launching January 2026, our hybrid model combines AI automation with human financial advisers to capture the premium advice segment. Pricing at $990 annually still represents 70%+ cost savings versus traditional advice while delivering superior service through technology-enabled efficiency. This positions Otivo across the full advice spectrum from mass-market digital ($165) to premium hybrid ($990).

Use of Capital

This raise will accelerate Otivo's growth across three key areas:

  • Platform Development (50%): Enhancing AI capabilities, building enterprise integration tools, and developing hybrid advice infrastructure
  • Marketing (30%): Consumer acquisition campaigns and enterprise sales development
  • Administration (20%): Team expansion and operational infrastructure

Market Opportunity and Vision

With 3-5 million Australians targeted by 2028, Otivo is positioned to capture a meaningful share of Australia's underserved advice market. Our technology-first approach, proven enterprise partnerships, and expanding product suite create multiple paths to value creation.
