Company Overview

The Regal Investment Fund (ARSN 632 283 384) (“Fund”) is a newly established investment scheme registered with ASIC to be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. Equity Trustees Limited (ACN 004 031 298) is the responsible entity (“Responsible Entity”) of the Fund and Regal Funds Management Pty Ltd (ACN 107 576 821) (“Manager”) has been appointed as the investment manager of the Fund.

The Fund has been established to provide investors with exposure to a selection of alternative investment strategies, with an investment objective of building a portfolio which produces attractive risk adjusted absolute returns over a period of more than five years with limited correlation to equity markets.

The Fund will provide investors with exposure to the Manager’s investment expertise and the opportunity to capitalise on the Manager’s 15-year track record of managing alternative investment strategies through multiple market cycles.
