Buy Sell Lease will offer a full directory of real estate agencies, properties, and related goods and services, giving users the ultimate convenience of searching for property-related listings and local goods and services.
Real estate agents will receive equity as a founding principal of the business. It is proposed that every real estate agency that uses the Buy Sell Lease platform as a collective will own 6% of the shares, in the form of Class ‘B’ Shares at no cost.
Industry-first subscription model
Buy Sell Lease will charge subscribing businesses – not real estate businesses – A$90 per month (plus GST) to advertise directly to platform users (buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and real estate agencies) with subscriptions forming the primary revenue stream of the business.
The business is projected to achieve profitability in Year 1, reaching an estimated A$16M profit by Year 3.
The business model is unique to the industry and addresses inefficiencies currently at play.
Consumers will be able to find every service they need for property transactions, management and maintenance, while agencies can find every service they require in the day-to-day management of their businesses.
Real estate platforms continue to prove popular in Australia
The success of REA and Domain evidence the demand for real estate portals in Australia (REA shares have risen by a factor of 100 in 20 years). The time is now right for a disruptive competitor to the two major players in this market.
Unlike its competitors, Buy Sell Lease is free to use for consumers and agencies, providing a compelling incentive for agencies to use the portal.
Revenue is derived from display advertising for property-related goods and services, driven by the 400,000 related businesses in the industry.
Industry value-added for the real estate industry is forecast to rise 7.1% p.a. over the 10 years through 2023-34, an outperformance of real GDP.

Series “A” Capital Raising
Buy Sell Lease is seeking A$7.5M capital to launch the business operations in line with our growth strategy.
A total of 250,000,000 shares will be issued in Buy Sell Lease from inception. The issuance of the total number of shares is to provide confidence of the non-dilution of shareholdings for shareholders.
Use Of Funds
This Offer is to raise capital to be used to fund further site development, fit out and equipment, marketing campaigns, provide working capital and meet costs associated with this Offer.
Term Sheet
The Offer will have a nominated expiration period and may close early if applications for the full subscription are received.
Series ‘A’ shares to rank pari passu with other Series ‘A’ shares with shareholders in excess of 10% eligible to be appointed as a Director.
