Terms of offer:

Issue of 2,400,000 fully paid ordinary shares in GRETALS Australia Limited, an unlisted Australian
public company, at AU$1.25 per share to raise up to AU$3,000,000.


Open to wholesale and sophisticated investors only (s708 Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and
equivalent exemptions in other jurisdictions). No prospectus or product disclosure statement will
be issued.


New shares rank equally with existing ordinary shares. After the issue, new investors will hold 8.28%* of the 28,970,527 shares on issue, and existing shareholders will hold 91.72%.

    University; intended as a licensable prescription asset.
  • Further delivery formats – intranasal (under evaluation at the Menzies Institute), transdermal
    patch and functional beverage, all at early stage.
  • Research-grade (2S)-pinocembrin – potential supply from existing inventory to academic and
    commercial research partners.
