Company Overview
KERB is a technology company developing what it describes as “The Parking Operating System for Buildings & Infrastructure.” Its platform is designed to help landlords, property owners, airports, ports, campuses, venues and car park operators modernise existing parking assets without needing to replace core infrastructure.
The company’s software operates as a digital layer on top of legacy parking systems, connecting traditional car park equipment to the cloud. This enables real-time data on occupancy, revenue, access, vehicle activity and operational performance, while reducing reliance on older hardware-led systems such as RFID cards, pay-on-foot machines and standalone card readers.
KERB’s model is hardware-agnostic, allowing it to integrate with existing parking infrastructure and broader property or building management systems. This makes the platform relevant for asset owners seeking to improve utilisation, reduce operating costs, increase visibility and unlock new revenue from under-optimised parking assets.

Products & Services
KERB’s platform includes a suite of software and access-control solutions designed for parking asset owners and operators.
Its core capabilities include access and identity management, using technologies such as licence plate recognition, Vision AI, IoT-enabled KERB Box hardware and digital access passes. These tools help manage secure entry, tenant parking, staff parking, guest access, visitor parking and vehicle activity.
KERB also provides operations and enforcement tools, including KERB Bays, KERB Patrol and automation features that support car park management, compliance and monitoring.
The platform includes revenue and yield management capabilities, supporting pricing, reservations, validations, payments and monetisation of parking spaces.
In addition, KERB offers data and API integrations, including portfolio dashboards and integration with property management systems and building management systems. This allows asset owners to connect parking operations into the wider building technology stack.
A future technology focus is KERB’s Edge AI vehicle fingerprinting, which is expected to support enhanced security, particularly for airports and infrastructure environments.
