The Pallas FM Trust

  • To fund a warehouse facility that will comprise a diversified portfolio of registered first mortgage loans only, providing quarterly income secured by well-located residential and commercial land, construction and investment assets

  • Type: 4Yr Fixed Rate Note
  • Coupon Rate: 7.5% p.a. Fixed, payable quarterly in arrears
  • Current Yield-to-Maturity: 6.75% p.a.
  • Size: Up to A$150M facility with A$56.8m currently issued

Pallas Warehouse Trust No.3

  • The purpose of the Issue is to fund a warehouse facility that will invest in SPV Lenders that take First Mortgage security only over real estate assets that are located predominantly in Sydney and Melbourne metro areas.
  • Key highlights are as follows:
  • Issuer: Pallas Funds Pty Ltd as trustee
  • Type: 21-month Fixed Rate Unit Trust
  • Interest: 7.00% p.a. Net yield to investors, paid monthly in arrears.

Pallas High Yield Fund

  • The purpose of the Issue is to fund a warehouse facility that will invest in SPV Lenders that take First Mortgage and/or Second Mortgage security only over real estate assets that are located predominantly in Sydney and Melbourne metro areas.

  • Type: 21-month Fixed Rate Unit Trust
