PrimaryMarkets Pty Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Helmsec Global Capital Pty Limited (together, “PrimaryMarkets”) are delighted to announce a Non-US Broker-Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) with Forge Securities LLC (“Forge Securities” or “Forge Markets”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Forge Global Holdings, Inc. (“Forge”) (NYSE: FRGE).
PrimaryMarkets is a wholly owned subsidiary of Complii FinTech Solutions Ltd (ASX.CF1).
Forge, a leading global private securities marketplace, has enabled more than US$12B in transactional trading volume across more than 500 private companies for participants in more than 70 countries by connecting and facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers of private company securities.
Under the Agreement:
- PrimaryMarkets may introduce potential customers to the Forge Securities platform, on which Forge Securities facilitates purchases and sales of private company securities.
- Forge Securities may introduce its customers to the PrimaryMarkets platform, through which investors have the opportunity to invest in certain Pan-Asian-based unlisted/private companies.
